My mums go-to word is 'doohickeywhatsit' :rotfl: and my nan... Whenever she forgets a word she fills in with 'Howzyerfather' :rotfl: that can be interesting.... Especially now she has dementia. She gets more action than most 20 somethings according to her sentences...:o:o

Hello everyone!! I'm exhausted and finding it hard to keep up with everyone's threads. Life seems very exciting for everyone as spring has sprung. We had friends over yesterday pm, tea, cake and proscecco all round!! Then I met an old friend at sainbobs so we're going to meet up soon. First thing yesterday I went and met Karmacat for a coffee. She's really nice!!
Have got the Kondo book on my kindle and today I kondoed all my clothes. It's an incredible way of doing it! 70 per cent of everything is now in the boot of my car ready for charity and recycling. I feel tired but happy as I've only kept what gives me joy as per the instructions.
Am doing shoes and books tomorrow night. Will let you all know how it goes! XxWith family, friends and pets (or any combination of them) life will be fine!

We are all at it... I kondoed Jellys chest of drawers. My child has one set of drawers, no wardrobe as I can't fit one into her tiny space. So the odd thing that really needs hanging resides in my wardrobe forgotten until she has outgrown it. Anyway I really overfilled the drawers and still had half a dozen hoodies etc hanging around, not to mention the bedsheets etc in my wardrobe.
Now the biggest drawer is empty! I am so proud I put a picture on book of face and instructed my super OCD friend not to google, but she has.. and ordered the book and watched many a youtube video. It is addictive.
My only issue is that Jelly had outgrown a lot of what was in her drawers and thus there were gaps where I needed to buy more. This has resulted in £70 of clothes and cotbed sheets being ordered tonight. For what I have bought it is a bargain and good quality stuff but I still feel a bit shellshocked. Have never spent that amount of money on her ever in one go. It is always £5 here and there each month. Hence why she had no clothes I guess.
I am very grateful for the system though because she now has two drawers, one of nursery fit clothes and one of the good stuff
Mine tomorrow... once I have scrubbed the house and plumped the sofa again. She is finally well and back at nursery tomorrow!!
Night guys. Trying to pacify YNAB. :rotfl: xx

I had to get rid of shoes after knee surgery because my feet went up half a size. Weirdly both feet changed even though only had one knee operated on! !Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

I thought about doing the Kondo thing but the thought is exhausting enough so I just did it with my undie/sock drawer. I can really see the difference though, there seems to be loads more space.
I am really enjoying the smilies so thank you, BearSealed Pot Challenge #012
