They can't get anything right. Just in one week:
1) They issued a bill based on my (actual) reading but I hadn't given them one.
2) The bill total and the total deducted from my account (online) are different amounts. The person I spoke to had no understanding of what I was on about.
3) I managed to get a refund of a large credit back to my bank account (hooray) but the amount was then re-credited to my account. This leaves me hundreds of pounds in credit when I am slightly in debit.
I don't think I'll complain.
I honestly do not know how this business survives. I guess the vast profits they make absorbs the losses through incompetence.

Until their new computer system was installed(about a year ago) they were fine and attracted little criticism.
