i understand what the wording means should i send it as is or should i alter bits to say /does not require a further stay to be imposed/
bearing in mind that at this point no one has mentioned to me anything about staying the case any longer, just that no further action is likely to be taken unless i contact them.
also would i mention that having been prepared to resolve this case it has been impossible to even contact the bank or their solicitors.
and they have not attempted to contact me. other than asking for a breakdown (for a speedy resolution)

hi finaly in court on thursday and havent rejected the stay yet that they said they were going to apply for, i sent my court bundle off in time to both partys but have recieved nothing back. sorry if this seems slow but should i take a letter to the court (postal strike) rejecting the stay or is it to late at this stage any other advice please
LIKE EVERYONE ELSE AT THIS STAGE IM BRICKING IT???

sorry should have mentioned that this is a further stay that they are asking for pending the test case not related to their previous stay at the beginning of the thread
