No it couldn't There's no way a government website would link to an unofficial website. Besides there is no 5 day service. It's either 4 hour or 7 day if it's not the standard service.
Some people do talk a load of tosh to the media.
It's clear that the woman being interviewed wasn't on the 'official government website' at all.0
