HMRC online tax year overview

I am also going through the process of a mortgage application and the lender is not happy with just the SA 302s for the 3 years accounts required, they are also asking for tax year overviews.
This was not a problem with my personal tax year overviews (sole trader years) as my accountant simply printed them off line.
However the latest two years I have traded as a ltd company and finding it very hard to obtain tax year overviews for these years.
Tried researching but absolutely nothing comes up for ltd companies and I have contacted the HMRC but no luck! My accountant is also struggling!
If anybody could shed some light it would be a great help as my lender won't give us an offer until I have them.

I spent half of today going between lender and client for this.
It can be done on the hmrc website yourself or through your accountants own software. I think its the same way as you would do an SA302 but I get the impression it is far from straight forward.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. It's not as simple as that.
1. This online 'service' does not provide more than 2 years figures
2. The majority of lenders still won't take online downloads and want details sent out by HRMC.
The self employed should be using brokers to avoid complications in this area.
As I stated on this thread in February - usual case of a half sensible idea being badly implemented by Government and the parties concerned.I am a Mortgage Broker

I've only just heard of a "Tax Year Overview".
I have SA302s and a covering letter from HMRC.
Is a lender likely to accept those in conjunction with "Tax Year Overviews" printed from the HMRC website?
Or do I need to get on hold to HMRC for an hour, then wait two weeks, again? :mad:0 -

I'm struggling with this, I follow those instructions which says you can obtain an SA302 online if you file online. All i get is a tax calculation or an SA100, nothing with the number 302 on it.
I sent the calculation to my broker and he said this is ok as it's been submitted but an SA302 is better for other brokers. Is there actually anyway to get the SA302 online, I file my own return, online and don't think I've ever received anything in the post.

As far as I know the calculation is the SA302, but as you say there's no numbering on it. Somebody more in the know will hopefully confirm.0
