I didn't realise I wasn't here! Hello everyone, and hello newbies.
Life settling down a bit after a very fraught time, so can reflect on the toiletries situation.
UU Aldi Lacura eye cream 15ml mature version. Can't buy this other than on Specialbuy now. I thought I had a bottle stashed somewhere in the bedroom but it hasn't emerged yet. I don't want to buy anything else, need to find it!

UU Aldi Lacura Cracked Heel Cream. Being used as a decent foot cream. Definitely a WIBA, if it ever returns. I may have to investigate what Savers has.
I got sent a Scholl powered extra coarse foot file to try, lucky me. I don't have a lot of hard skin but it is an improvement on the previous model.

  • 2 UUs to report from this morning -

Herbal Essences Dazzling Shine Conditioner. HG.
The White Company Seychelles Bath and Shower Gel. I probably WNB, as it had a nice scent and was nice to use but I think it is pretty expensive. I would be happy to receive it as a gift again though.
Thank you to everyone who posts on here :)

Somebody up there likes me or Am*zon are using spyware.
I've literally just been offered this to review, after failing to find an affordable, decent eyecream either lost in the bedroom or on a shopping trip earlier.
(It's Olay Regenerist Luminous Anti-Dark Circle Correcting Eye Treatment Moisturiser 15 ml if the link doesn't work). I am sooo very happy.

I forgot the UUs of my face wipes and body lotion. Two INS, as I've replaced them with the same from A!di.
The lotion is a Dove Pro Age dupe, half the price for twice the amount. They had a bottle in stock today, it always seems the first variant to sell out, ditto the mature skin wipes.

    Few UU today:

Avon frosted berry swirl 15ml edt - I love these and the scent. Got a couple more in the stash. I think they are discontinued which is a shame. WBA on eBay.

Johnson's baby shampoo mini - I've always liked the scent of this. I originally bought this for when I was in hospital last year as it's nice and mild but wanted to get it used up as id only used half and it was sitting around. WBA at some point.

Cien provitamin conditioner - love these, love the price, smells pleasant and does a good job. WBA good value IMO.

Boots white collection bath essence - I love the scent of this. WBA but for now I have a ton of bath stuff in the stash to use up first.

    Hola Beauty Queens

I would like to come back into the fold. I feel as though my feet haven't really touched the ground since New Year and I have definitely lost count of my stash :o but I'm here, ready and willing to try and regain some bathroom cupboard and bedroom drawer space!

I have had the odd splurgy wobble in recent weeks but on the whole, I have tried to listen to my body and my face and figure out exactly what they need. My findings…

My face loves cleansing oils. I started on the No7 one when on hols last summer(!!!) and was initially underwhelmed; however, I persevered in true :money: form and as I was nearing the bottom of the bottle I realised I hadn't had nearly as many spots whilst using this versus hot cloth cleansers. I moved onto the L'Oreal version next and although I hate the smell (think really artificial watermelon stinkiness), I haven't had a "proper" spot in about two months -- for those of you who remember my continuous whinging about my skin, this is a major corner-turn.

My under eye area has become the new bane of my life. It's lined, crepey and no eye cream besides Estee Lauder Advanced Time Zone makes a jot of difference. If anyone has any suggestions which don't make me burst into tears when I hand over my debit card, I'd be most appreciative.

And on the same note, the only concealer which doesn't crease under my eyes is MAC Pro Longwear. I will not waste another penny trying to find a drugstore dupe when I can buy this for around £15 and it'll last me eons.

The "perfect" shower gel does not exist. As long as I use a Dove cream bar on my delicate areas, the rest of my body can take just about anything. As much as I love the Rituals foaming shower gel, it's not worth the better part of £9 just to destink my pits :D The same is true of moisturisers and body butters; it's not so much what's in them, if you leave them in a drawer and don't actually *apply* them them they don't do any good :o

L'Oreal Infallible foundation (not the new matte one in the tube, the bottled variety) is without doubt my favourite and my best, even compared to my beloved EL Double Wear. True Match comes in a close second. I can't believe it's taken me this long to try their foundations.

Ever Riche shampoo and conditioner has stolen my heart. I won't use an SLS shampoo ever again. Mousse is my friend as long as I apply extra conditioner after I get out the shower and every morning after liberally spraying my hair with water. No more searching, testing and vetoing styling products for me.

I'm sure there have been more epiphanies but I think I have waffled enough :o

So tell me, how are you all?!

And - good news on your eye cream trial - I hope you like it.

Fizzwhizz - welcome back, hope you are well.

    I have a uu

Ren Invisible Pores Detox Mask 5ml - WMBA, I like the effect of this but not the removal, you have to rub it off so you need to get the application just right or it doesn't dry enough or dries too much.

I should have a few more uu to report tomorrow, they seem to come in groups for me.

Hello fizzwhizz, I was actually thinking about something I think you posted the other day, that waist length hair is 30 inches ( mine is just over 27 now so not much to go). Lovely to see you here again.

I have had a cull this morning after waking up to hearing noises of scratching in the wall. My very kind neighbour has been and had a look up my loft and has set a couple of traps but he could not find any evidence of mice or rats. He thinks it could be a baby bird that has fallen down space between the walls. I am hoping it is not rats or mice but it has inspired me to throw away anything clutter in the house.

    UU's
39 neutrogena concentrated hand cream WBa HG I cut the tube open in February and it has lasted me till Friday.

40 -42 3 bubble bars sold on facebook , did not like them.

43 helenere black pearl serum WNBA it was a sample from a beauty box last year. Grey in colour with a scent I was not fond of. This in real like is over £100 for a full size tube, never going it buy it.

    TA
44 body shop cotton seed hair stuff WNBA I went through quite. Few bottles of this and used to like it. It had separated ( serveral years old) and smelt funky.

45 skin wisdom body butter WNBA I tried to use it but I foumd it greasy and it contained petroleum or mineral oil which I do not use on my skin ( was a birthday present)

46 tony and guy plumping whip ( placed in charity bag) as I have not used it or will.

Definitely more outs this month and only 8 INs so far, Finally think I may have come to the conclusion I have too much stuff. I have several things also ear marked to sell that I will not use or have too much of. I have orders a beauty box called cohorted but this is mainly make up and I don't have stash that as much and that will not arrive till April.

    Happy Sunday everyone.
