Also, was sorting out makeup today and have a variety of gently used eyeshadows that I would be happy to swap, don't want to see them go to waste! If anyone is interested please PM me.

Chanel illusion d'ombre - Emmerville (half used)
Charlotte Tilbury colour chameleon - champagne diamonds (used maybe twice?)
Benefit Easiest nudes kit (not in box, cream eyeshadows used a few times, powder eyeshadows used maybe two or three times. Cream eyeshadows are loose and powder shadows have been depotted into a Mac quad)
No7 powder shadows - (samples so not sure of names) a cream, a shimmery mid tone golden brown and a shimmery deep brown

    :)

    Sent you a PM x

I had a bit of a fail yesterday. I promised I'd be good and buy no more eyeshadows, well apart from the nice L'Oreal kit in the duty free. OK, we all know my weakness, the kits in the duty frees and the gwp sets.

So, anyways, I was in Shoppers (Canada's version of Boots) and Essence was having a clear out. Some how I came home with an eye pencil that doubles as a liner and shadow, a really nice brown shadow, their version of a nude palette (I am hunting for a discontinued pinky gold colour that I love), and a mini-lip gloss trio because they were small and fit into my uniform pocket. It was under $13, so it would be rude to leave them there AND I got 500 bonus points on my card.

I did toss out two Quo lip pencils. I really liked the colours but they were a complete design fail. I thought they were automatic twisty ones and it turned out you had to use a crayon sharpener to get more. The pencil contents were like a lipstick gel and lovely on and lightly scented. But a complete nightmare to use.

Tossed the dregs of a Body Shop lemon scrub that came in a gift box. It had gone watery.

I will be sitting in the corner.

I will try to be strong because I have to go to the West Edmonton Mall on Saturday. I need to take a handbag into Coach to have it sent for repair. Which means I need to pass the Body Shop, L'Occitaine, Sephora (where I have 800+ points to redeem) and a Hudson's Bay cosmetic department and a LUSH.

    I am doomed.

As we are nearly at the middle of the month thought I would re-assess my PP list.

    Here goes:-

    Neutrogena hand cream 50ml
    Sainsburys nail polish remover
    various foundation sachets/travel tubes
    L'Occitane shea hand cream 30ml
    YSL brown Babydoll mascara
    [STRIKE]Lush Ponche shower gel 100ml
Shower gel that I brought back from cruise - can't for the life of me remember the brand name[/STRIKE]
    Elemis Frangipani shower cream
    Elemis Gentle Rose Exfoliator
    Decleor Herbal Clay Mask

The Lush Ponche has been UUed and I forgot to post this earlier. WNBA. Funny Lucozade colour that I didn't like.

The Neutrogena hand cream tube has been cut in half for what feels like ages and I've even been slathering it on MrM's feet to try and UU. His feet have been vastly improved from using it though!

The nail polish remover is on it's very last application and I've been meaning all week to get a replacement. Am going into our town centre with Emma tomorrow for an eye test (her not me, I know I know I should make an appointment!!) so will call into Boots and get a bottle.

The Babydoll must be due to go anytime soon too.

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend and enjoy Mothers Day on Sunday.

    Afternoon ladies.

I have moved back into my flat after the flood and my bathroom being redone. It's been a hell of a saga that I'm not in a hurry to repeat.

Anyway, 1 UU Maybelline Dream Blush Apricot. WBA as I really like it. I've replaced it with a Benefit blusher.

4 INS from the GWP Glamour mag.
2 x Balance Me Face Washes - love these and I'm on my last one

An IN - a serum to test for 4 weeks, but it does say that moisturiser has not to be used  which I find a bit odd.
I always used serum under moisturiser and I always use one with SPF, so not sure how I'll manage this :o
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time
  • A few things so far!

UU - TBS bouncy sleep mask sample - WNB - was ok but my botanics moisture masks do a much better job
TA - Rimmel waterproof mascara - was not waterproof and didn't volumise or thicken lashes at all
UU - Sun swim gym 3-in-1 shower gel - love this stuff!
UU - Garnier Ambre Solaire 50SPF invisible, waterproof - great stuff
UU - Soltan Once 40SPF - nice and thick, works well, does need reapplication
UU - Soltan Aftersun - Good but WNBA as too glittery!
UU - T&G Sea Salt Spray - smells nice but could make a homemade version so much cheaper
UU - L'oreal kids sweet pear tangle tamer - smells a bit artificial
