    A typo in your name, for a contract you signed, would not make it void. But I'd either ask for it to be amended before it was finalised (i.e., signed) or make the amendment myself in permanent ink.

    Holiday Haggler I've been Money Tipped!
    We had this and it delayed our exchange. Our Solicitor was not happy that the name on our contract did not match ID or our mortgage offer exactly and we had to wait 24 hours for it all to be sorted.
