Wren kitchens - returns

Hi,
We've recently bought a kitchen from Wren. Mostly everything is fine, however there are several items that we've been sent that aren't needed.
They were on our original order, however they weren't on the CGI's of the kitchen that the designer showed us (we based our decision to buy on the CGI designs we were shown).
We seem to be having some trouble returning the items, as they're saying they were on the order form that we signed - although we have taken them back to store and the store accepted the return, we now come to the issue of getting a refund!
Has anyone had any experience of this, or could you offer some advice on what we should do!?
