Card Payment taken Out Three Times

Hi, not had this happen to me before, so hope there is someone out there that can help? Last week I decided to pay an extra £100 to my Co-Operative fuel account. (We've been using a lot more than normal and I wanted to keep our direct debit as is). The first time I tried to make a debit card payment it came up error, so I tried again same thing happened, the third time it went through as normal. Looking at my bank account 3 x£100 have gone out with Co-operative Fuel next to the amounts but only £100 has been credited to my fuel account.
I've emailed Co-operative fuel three times but not heard anything back. I've checked today (my first day off) and the customer service line is closed until March 3rd to update their billing system. Any thoughts on how I could get my £200 back?
