    I wouldn't do this.

She knows that if she wants to claim, she has to provide an acceptable dna test. The ball's in her court.

I still intend to do this incase any UK creditors come forward as I only dealt with the things I had information about and there could be things I am unaware of.

I think I will send an email 1 more time with a deadline and if after that deadline she doesn't get back to me, I won't bother. Now after speaking to the solicitor, I don't feel guilty keeping it all if she doesn't get back to me within a given time. I'd only feel guilty if I have never given her the information and I hope the courts see that if this goes that far

The so called family think the money belongs to them and no one else!!!!! I cut them off because they were causing me undue stress and it wasn't doing me or my child any good but to sort this out, it may be best to contact them and at least see if they will give it to me, if they don't, at least I tried
I would leave them out of it. I t would not surprise me if the whole story from them is a scam.
  • Duly noted.

I will just see if she responds or keeps quiete.
