hi,
Anybody knows do I have any chance to get CBJSA? if:
1. from 01.06.2014 until 28.02.2015 I get MA
2. 2014.01.01 - 2014.04.01 I was working just part time, didnt pay NI (up to 100 per week) and left job voluntary
3. until 2013.12.31 I was working full time, full year 12k pa.
So if i apply today, so they will look 12/13 and 13/14 years? I am not sure about this time while on MA it is count like working?
Thanks

Yes.
Most of this is irrelevant.
For a claim now - in the benefit year 2015 - what matters is the two complete tax years before.
So, 2012/13 and 13/14.
But - the latest that matters is April 2014.
MA is entirely irrelevant as it was after this.
And Dec 31 2013-April 2014 is only 3 months - so most of that year, you were earning significantly over the minimum limit of ~6K.
Your self-employed earnings may even count.
Leaving your last job voluntarily - even if it is considered that your SE is not a good reason for this - cannot now lead to a sanction - it's too long ago.0
