Which feedback would you leave.

I bought an item which didnt arrive. I emailed the seller and she basically wasnt interested. I gave the item a fortnight to arrive and got back to her again where she said basically it wasnt her problem, she had posted it, had a COP so she wasnt refunding me.

I then started a claim with Paypal to get my money back, once I did that she actually escalated it to a claim, then several days later.

She had the audacity to ask me about feedback the other day 'Since she did refund my money to me'

What would you do. Ignore it, neg her or neutral

  • If she hadn't asked I probably wouldn't leave feedback, but since she's had the cheek to ask I'd probably leave neutral. Has she left any beedback for you yet?

This happaned to a few years ago. The buyer never ever paid, made excuses to me no end. In the end I gave him neg feedback, thought it was polite to allow other members to see what they were dealing with. For my trouble I got my ONLY neg feedback from this seller calling me a lia.

Thing is, people should no who to beware of, but, be prepaird to get the same in return. If you do end up with neg feedback, don't bother with Ebay, they don't want to know.

    A lesson was learned.

Sadly now. If it was a bad deal, I just don't give feedback.
Please do not feed the Trolls!

Yes - I would leave neg, on the lines of something like, "item never arrived, seller ignored me, but did eventually refund after a claim"

not sure if you can mention "claims" though in the f/back, Im sure someone would advise a better feedback for you!

Like it was mentioned, whether it was a great or poor service you received, other potential buyers need to know!

Seeing as she asked its only polite to fulfill her request for feedback :D

I'd neg her and say "Item never arrived, seller refused to refund, paypal forced her hand"

    Definate NEG.

Feedback should relate to customer service you receive. If something goes missing in the post, it's the sellers job to sort it out. A response of "not my problem" is not acceptable.

    NEG her!
