BT Broadband FIBRE

Took out a deal with these clowns on the 8th Feb. Paid my £36.95 upfront fee. Arranged my install date etc.
Received a phone call telling me they had to put it back by over a week. So I cancelled. I received a text confirming this, also confirming my refund of £36.95. I rang their callcentre that night to confirm my order closure, confirmed also.

So I wait and wait. No refund!
Wednesday 18th Feb I manage to get in an online chat session with an "adviser" who guarantees me my refund will be with me in 5 working days. I also ring just to double check. Again they confirm that I will receive it in 5 working days. Well, you can guess. I am still sat here on the 27th Friday, awaiting my refund.
So here I go again and pick up the phone to ask where my monies are. Seemingly this time my account/order is still open! !!!!!!. The guy tries to patch me through to the "account closure team" a new one on me. Only there system has crashed and wont be up till around 4pm today:rotfl: how convenient.

This company are excruciating to deal with, their customer service is nonexistent. How the hell they have any customers is beyond me.
BT = Bloody Terrible.

So here I am still waiting for the thieving gits to reimburse me.

    Paid by debit or credit card? You could look at doing a chargeback. (MSE have an article about chargebacks).

    Still waiting for these theives to return my money.

    Awful company to deal with. 30 days nearly up then I'm going down the charge back route.
