NTF not reading my letters!
Hi
I lost my job last October and notified NTF who deal with my IVA and stopped paying for a few months. I now have a new job but had to wait until this week to get paid to start repayment.
I keep explaining my situation but NTF keep asking me for 3 months payslips and the annual review. I couldn't do the annual review until I had my first payslip.
I paid some money in yesterday but got yet another letter from them asking for the same information which I can only now provide.
I want to complain as I've just started this new job 6 weeks ago and getting those letters are really annoying because I couldn't do anything. I told them I was on anti-depressants already but they just ignore all my correspondence, even if sent recorded delivery.
I'm sending the annual review, my contract of employment stating the starting date and they also want my P60 which is for 2013/15 as I have to wait till April to get my new P60.
Anyone getting some grief from NTF?
Thanks for reading

Hi samstella
Sorry to hear about your recent difficulties. If you wish to complain about NTF's handling of your case, you will find the following guidance useful:
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/insolvency-practitioners-guidance-for-those-who-want-to-complain
It appears that the authorising body for NTF is the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England & Wales (ICAEW) so your complaint can be raised with them.
Kind regards
Dennis
