You’re currently on our iSave Everyday variable tariff. We need to make some changes to this tariff to ensure it better reflects the falling wholesale costs and increases in policy and network costs. As your household consumes a low amount of energy, this unfortunately means that you will experience an increase in your annual bill.

Why is this strange? They offered a tariff with £10 per year standing charge compared to most other suppliers charging £95 per year. When they revise the tariff to a more normal split between standing charge and unit price those customers with a low usage face (possibly very high) increases in annual cost rather than a decrease.
