That's a good point LazyDaizy but unfortuantly i only have my home help 4 hrs a week and its not during the time she will be with me. Think I will just have to be clear how I struggle with answering ad hoc questions acurately.0

Well, long story short, apparently the Doc who visited me awarded 0 points but they reviewed it to put me in the wrag group. I'm still not happy as the little I can do cannot be done reliably or repeatedly so they are passing it on for another review where they could even remove the wrag group and put me on JSA. Laughable really....0

An appeal is possible, but it's like 'Deal or no deal' unfortunately as you could end up being found 'fit for work' by appeal panel. If you do get found 'fit' definitely appeal0 -
if your going to be appealing then you need to give them reasons as to why you feel you should be in the SG and also what descriptors you feel you match for the SG to be awarded to you0

The weird thing is, I quoted this:
11. Initiating and completing personal action (which means planning, organisation, problem solving, prioritising or switching tasks).
Cannot, due to impaired mental function, reliably initiate or complete at least 2 sequential personal actions.
Apparently this only applies to the wrag group and not the sg. so why is it on the website I was given?0
