letter from tax credits about living with a partner

I received a letter from tax credits saying we need to talk to about living with a partner and apparently they have prove! I live on my own with my two kids and have done for years they have asked my to send them all this information I was just wondering if u have to send them everything they have stated in the letter as I don't get gas and electricity bills as I'm on a key meter and phone bills all online

You should be able to print off your phone bills on line and you should be able to get your bills from your utility company if you ask.0
