after having a bad week with paypal cases i contacted ebay chat online who very kindly refunded my FVF even though the 30 days had passed to cancel items in case as advised
at the moment my faith has been restored in ebay (just royal mail to tackle for refund now)

A month or so ago I had to contact Ebay customer service, and their help was exceptional. The assistant guided me through the steps I needed to take, and helped enormously.
