I'm going to buy a van soon and need to have some sort of cover for the vehicle so if the van breaks down a 3rd party service can deliver a van to me within 2-3 hours. Or a recovery service than can haul the van to the destination.

Yes, You can get recovery for anything. Its all about the £££ though. Who will you get to do your servicing?
Do they have the facility to recover vans and bigger?
