claiming tax

hi guys,

For the past year from summer till now, i have been working part time. I have been told that my pay like everyone else, is cut off because of tax. I have also been told that i can claim this tax back. How do i go about doing this?

No one can give you any useful advise on a question this vague.
Have you been working for the last year or since last summer, in fact best to give exact dates?
Was this your only employment?
If not give full details of other employment along with any other taxable income or benefit.
Then give taxable gross for the employment split by tax years if applicable.
Then give tax deducted figure along with tax codes used, again split by tax years if applicable.

I was working part time from jun to sep and then another job from oct to now.
