Take a break competitions

i have religiously entered these competitions for over six years. Never won a sausage. I went into my account details and found its still listing my old address. An address I lived in over four years ago. Gutted beyond belief. Can anyone put my mind to rest. Do they send out prizes direct or do you have notification first? Thanking you all in advance.

hi, TAB afaik always send out a headed letter first to notify
you that you've won a prize.
please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly. k2u58ioz4c8e.png

  • As far as I know, they send you a letter first then a few weeks later you get your cheque in the post. That's the way it was for my friend who won, but personally I have never won.

Hope you haven't missed out on anything :(
I just enter and forget...hoping to win something! :)

  • Hopefully I can put your mind at rest as I have been doing their comps for years and I mean years. Before the wonders of the internet I used to buy the mag and enter them by post. I reckon I have been doing them since the early 90s and I have never won a bean!! :(

Notification first but that is by post not e-mail so everything goes to the address on your account.
  • This has just made me go and check! I move around a lot, so I've left my parents' home address on it, in case I forget to update...
