WiFi extender works with 1 iPhone but not other

Just fitted a TP-link WiFi booster upstairs and it works with both our Nexus 7 tablets and one of our iPhone 6's, but not the other. I've reset the iPhone, switched on\off the WiFi on it but nothing. It has full WiFi signal showing (the bars at top of screen) but nothing refreshes?

Any ideas please people?

Have you tried, on the non-working phone:
Settings > WLAN > Chose your normal network > i > Forget Network.
Then reconnect, re-entering your WiFi password. Any better?
