For some reason my smart tv no longer connects to the internet.
It was fine at the weekend, nothing has changed but the tv gives a message stating it can connect to the router, but not the internet, contact your ISP. I did this, via the online support and they said the connection was fine. Given that every other device connects I had to agree.
I installed the latest firmware, the tv downloaded it despite saying it wasn't connected to the internet.
I have tried switching it all off and on again. No joy.
Anyone else having this issue?

Same here. ITV player working but nothing else is. Just found this on google:

Couple of people moaning on their facebook page too0 -
I have contacted Samsung, apparently it's a global issue with D and ES range tvs.
Shame they can't put a service update on the website, the message suggests it's the ISP at fault which it clearly isn't, wastes a lot of peoples time!0 -
you are not going to the internet , just to samsung
people are now asking why they have to go thru samsungs servers , instead of directly to sites or feeds
seems Samsung are monitoring you0 -
