There was also a Select Committee evidence session re DWP Sanctions before the Commons' half term break; but, sadly Esther McVey failed to answer the questions.
Interestingly, it wasn't just Labour MPs Margaret Hodge and Debbie Abrahams who were critical of the regime. The Tory MP for Amber Valley also questioned whether sanctions merely penalised and were often not notified to claimants.
Failings of the State is, of course, a Conservative position, as the late Lord Newton often took re the DWP and its good to see more and more MPs questioning how sanctions are imposed.

Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.
