Twin Spark

Depends how bad it is. a slightly weaker spark will just be slightly down on power and economy and may not be detected.
A serious breakdown of a spark could see issues idling or at higher revs, A misfire would be present then.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
I suppose the effects could be a rougher engine, poorer emissions and more smoke.
Spark plugs can actually spark multiple times anyway for better combustion. With twin plugs per cylinder, a single poor spark on one cylinder is unlikely too affect the running too much.0 -
I know that with an light plane engine when you turn off one magneto, so only one plug firing in each cylinder, the revs drop slightly. I doubt you'd notice just one plug not working. If you want to know if they are all working the same, take them out & see if they are all the same colour.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0
