Best new bank account deal without switching

I bank with 1st direct. I'm happy with them and I don't want
to switch. However I'm buying a small property to let and
would like to open a new account somewhere else to manage
this from.
I keep reading that "most" banks expect you to switch your
whole account to them in order to get the special perks/deals
they offer. I presume this means that "some" don't require this,
but its hard to find them. Can anyone recommend the best
deals for a second account? I will expect to have £500 p/month
paid in & I wont need an overdraft. TSB seems a possible contender, but are there any others?

Its any current acount you open with the sole intention of using it to switch to another account to get a bonus.
The banks want you to switch your 'main' account, but there's nothing actually preventing you switch any current account.0
