Switching bank accounts query

Hi,

I currently bank with HSBC and I have a personal loan attached to my current account. If I attempt to switch my account will HSBC ask for the loan to be repaid in full?

I've had a quick look at the terms and conditions and although I needed to have a current account with HSBC to qualify for this loan I can't see anything to suggest that the loan would need to be paid in full if I close the account.

Am I now tied in to this account until my loan is repaid?

Any help on this matter would be freaky appreciated.

Thanks

No, but if by 'attached' you mean some payment arrangements you have to make sure that they are switched too.
