Is there a law that stops people selling freebies they have sourced?

How would you see that law being worded/enforced?

we got done selling cans of coca cola that we had split from multipacks at a shop I worked at years ago ,

I think it was on a technicality , no barcode or country of origin or summot on the individual cans

same with loose citterettes years ago , each one didn't have a warning on it

No, its free to you, nothing to stop you selling it. also goto any retailer and you will see crisps/cans of pop being sold separately when they say 'to be sold in multipack'

worse offender is the Co-op group, they worked out cheaper to by multipack crisps and open a few packets and sell the crisps separate

Quite often, the individual items from multipacks won't have a use by/best by date on them as this will be on the outer packaging.
Another reason is things like ingredients, nutritional info etc which again might only be on the outer packaging.
  • yup that was it , best buy was on the box , not each can ,

Does anyone have any suggestion as to what to do with regards to this as I feel like I have paid for a game that in essence would have been free.

Even if that's the case, how is that your problem?

Presumably you paid for it because you could not get it for free and you were happy with the price.

    Just enjoy your new game.
