How to open a pub.pub doc??? SOLVED

I use NeoOffice on my Macbook and it opens nearly everything.
I have been sent a document in pub.pub that I cannot open!
Help please.
Edit found Zamzar, thought I had to pay $9 a month but got this one doc. done for free!
