Hello
We are considering putting down a reservation on a property on a TW development around the Edinburgh area. Having done some research on the area we are happy with the location and our dealings with the team so far. Has anybody completed a sale in the area in recent times and have any feedback they could share. We are new buyers so advice from those who have been through the process with the same team would be invaluable.
After performing the dreaded google search I have filled my heads with horror stories!

Not with Taylor Wimpey but have with David Wilson in the same area as you. Like you I did the google search which had negative comment after negative comment. But then when I searched around on different builders the same pattern developed.
Just remember that people are far more likely to sit down and vent on the Internet about a negative experience than write up a good review after a positive experience.
For the record I couldn't be happier with my experience. Few snags here and there but thats to be expected and the builders are pretty much on the ball to fix them. Still havent got round to writing up a positive review online though!!0
