Incorrect CCJs - both removed. Compensation?

Hi all. I hope this is in the correct forum.
In 2011 my Mother passed away. I informed all utility companies and provided them solicitors details (POE) to write to request payment direct from estate via solicitor. All companies bar one carried this out. The company in question proceeded to hold me responsible for a £120 bill and issued a CCJ against me. Fast forward several months and I discover this. The organisation in question removes the CCJ from my file but not before it has caused severe stress and cost me a mortgage application.
2014. I move house and maintain my utility provision with this same company. I provide them final reads. They proceed to write to me at an old address (despite them knowing I've moved as I have maintained my account with them but at my new address). They issue another CCJ to the old address. I discover this one in early 2015 as I am refused financing for a company vehicle. My mortgage application (again) discovers this. After complaint, they remove the CCJ and again apologise.
I am now in discussions with their litigation team to agree compensation. Does anyone have any pointers on what to do here. They have already asked for a value that I have in mind but I responded that I am taking advice. I know that under the DPA there is significant provision for compensation.
Any thoughts people? 2 CCJ incorrectly applied and withdrawn with apology, damage to my credit and stalled mortgage applications refused vehicle finance.
Many thanks.

One value for your time, distress etc.
Can you put a figure on any actual losses?
Sorry, can't help with suggested numbers.

Please take them to the cleaners to the maximum extent. These rogue companies need to be taught a lesson.0

Thanks guys. As far putting a number on the stress and duress. Who knows. Owing to the stress after my mothers passing yes that was considerable. Rent instead of mortgage perhaps 20k.0

You need legal advice rather than the opinion of a forum.
Stress & duress is subjective and will likely be a token payment. However, your actual losses could range for additional cost of rent to additional interest on your mortgage if the CCJ prevented you from getting the best deal.
I suggest you gather all your documentation together and take proper advice.0 -

Currently following their internal complaints procedure. Their litigation manager is dealing with it. They asked me for a settlement figure which I said i had not prepared. But they said they will contact me by next Thursday with an outcome.0
