Neighbours roofers have blocked in my car and are mixing cement next to it

    1)Never seen a scrawny builder
    2) That car WILL get vandalised at some point in the future

    Not many builders use electric mixers

    Or if op was lucky/unlucky (depending on how you look at it) they'd just call the police and report criminal damage. Then phone ops insurer to report an incident that will potentially make rise for a claim.

    The builder sounded sensible to me, Covered the car to prevent damage and cement dusk from getting onto the car.

    When they said not right now, I wonder if it was just a case of wait a couple of minutes and they will then move and let them out?
