in march 2004/2005 claim i was on maternity leave, i didn't deduct £100.00 per week from my ma as they say on the forms i always complete my annual declaration on the telephone and no one informed me of this on the telephone can i claim this back? i did the same this year if my friend hade not informed me of this i would have not deducted this again,:mad:

Yes you can. Your can deduct £100 a week for a maximum of 26 or however long you received maternity pay (whichever is shorter). Give them a call and report the lower income.

The big ones are usually pension payments and Gift Aid donations.
There is a clear distinction between making a new claim which can only be backdated 3 months and amending an existing claim which can be amended until CTC started.
Anyway, you should have a couple fo hundred quid coming your way as a rebate.Giving up is easy...... just keep on trying!0
