Passport Office lead times

  • After this we got home this evening to find my daughters new passport on the doormat! so it took just over three weeks.
    I didn't receive any form of text or notification, despite providing all possible contact methods in the application.

    I got mine yesterday, so 8 days in total from posting the application form. Haven't got the cancelled one back yet.

    I know what city I'd want on the front of my envelope if I was doing it again ;)

    I just got the forms from the PO and filled them in, did the photos in a booth and no issue with either.

    Out of interest, do you remember if the forms went to the Durham office?

    the online form can be unsuitable for scanning if your printer is out of alignment.
    Best forms for scanning are the ones from the post office

    I've been Money Tipped!
    We renewed online, it took 10 days to come back from Peterborough.
  • Post on Tuesday 24th Feb, and received Tuesday 3rd March.
    Mine was sent to Liverpool.
