i-pad air new screen.?

Hi Guys, my OH has damaged my i-pad air screen, cracked it at left handside by the camera.can they be replaced, and if so, at what cost-ish? I can still use it.:beer:

It seems there's 2 screens in the video, top glass and then the touch screen.
I think it's just the top glass that's broken on mine???? as it starts from the very edge, where it was damaged.Same removal would apply.

Ipads are tricky and picky to repair since theres essentially stuck together so theres lot to be said for having the knack of doing such repairs regularly.
Ive personally fixed a few iphone 4&5's and there much easier to do.
Watch the youtube videos that take you through the full strip down and replace, and see if you feel that's something you want to take on and whether be done to such a high standard.
Yes the parts are relatively cheap to get, but consider if the premium charged for someone to do it is worth trying to save doing it yourself..0 -
