well the seller is a fool for sending it before payment recieved, be persistant and tell him u will only pay via paypal(presuming on the item it says u can pay via paypal, if it didn't then u will have to pay via the appropiate methods). Its upto u about being honest on the payment because u cud deny u recieved the item and not pay but i do not recommend this.

Yes maybe it is foolish of the seller to send the book but two wrongs dont make a right. I would email them asking how they want paid and if they still want to be paid by paypal or if they send you their details you could pay by cheque/postal order. Their is to many people ripping others of on ebay. Maybe they have posted the book in error. So at least you can be honest and try to get it sorted out. Posting an item out by mistake, or even to the wrong address could happen to anyone. They will probably appreciate your honest and leave you glowing feedback.0

I bet this is a first time seller ,,,,,,, I remember how I had to guide sellers through paypal the first time, I have done this twice. (And I have not sold that much!!!)
The trouble is ..... that sellers neeed to change their paypal account to acept payments. Tell them this. It is simple and doesn't take long!
I got the best feed back ever from a newbie seller!!!
ma

we have no intention of ripping anyone off. we didnt even know the book had been sent.. we emailed the seller as soon as paypal contacted us abt the problem.. tried emailing the seller even sent a copy of the email paypal sent us and asked for alternative ways of sending payment as paypal will now not accept on that acct.. the seller emailed back saying use paypal .. the total we owe is under a fiver and we have tried to get the seller to tell us how he wants payment to no avail.. even ebay wont help as we have had the goods therefor the prob is between us and the seller..Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
