HELP! Car Allowance vs Company Car

Hello..
I could really do with some help!!
Basically I have been offered a new role with a salary of £47000 plus £5000 car allowance. In my current position I get a company car and my boss has decided to match the new job offer. The new job will mean I do around 25,000 business miles were as my current role I am doing 30,000+ business miles and I will most likely do 5000 personal miles each year. I am confused on the mileage situation as I currently pay 15p per mile in the company car but in the car allowance do I pay for all the mileage and then claim is back even though I will get a fuel card?? I am bascially wanting to know which offer will be the most financially rewarding?
I know it sounds greedy but I am trying to save as much money as possible before I emigrate in early 2017 and I have recently just bought a house to rent out and trying to organise my finances.
If anyone can help me that would be awesome!
Thanks

If you get a fuel card, what would you be claiming back? Your fuel has been paid for surely?Sealed pot challenge member #325
