Thanks everyone. Absolutely stoked. Really interesting prize. Not something I would ever have paid to go do but I am sure I will love it and benefit for it - as I do like 'attempting' to cook Chinese at home, with mixed results.


Even just the nice hotel stay is great. Something to really look forward to.
