Displaying business name on stationery

Hi

Hope someone can help - am I right in thinking that I must put my full business name, company number, registered office, etc. on my website - just on the Home page? Or on all pages?

Do I need to put anything on small flyers that I'm planning to give away?

Many thanks

Emmavix

Yes to the first, but just on your home page will do. This came into force at the start of the year, so if you trawl back on this board there's something about it back then, wish I could think of the thread title! You also need to put those details on ANY emails you send out.

I am not sure what needs to go on flyers, TBH.
