How long till the Co-Operative pays me my £125 switch bonus?

So I've just transferred the £800 into the bank account yesterday and then withdrew it. How long till I'm given the £100 incentive and £25 for charity? It was done within the 45 day period and I do have 2 direct debits. I was previously informed that the money needs to stay in the account but I call !!!!!!!! on that one, is that true?

Switch date + 2.....£800 credit
Switch date + 33....incentive paid

Mine was after 34 days, hubbys we had to chase after 45 days.

I had to chase them up after 45 days had elapsed. It appeared in the account approximately 3 days after chasing them.
