E-ticket by qatar airways

I happen to check manage my account on Qatar airways and find that one of my itinerary has changed. Surely the airlines should have informed me about it. I do not know whether I should ignore it as on my e-ticket it is already confirmed. Pl help anybody, I do not know how to contact the airlines? Thanks

    Maybe they're in the process of contacting you. Or your travel agent has this responsibility if you used one.

    Thanks, bought from their website, should expect to get an email from them. I found the Harrod's office or I guess it should be website support to check.

    I think it must be a mistake as the flight is still showing on their website.

    The Harrods office are really helpful, they were wonderful with my 70yo mum when her online booking went wrong.

    A great airline but lacking in many respects - lack of communication and constantly amending schedules are just two frequent annoyances.

    They should contact affected customers following a change, but in my experience, never do.

    Keep checking the 'manage my booking' facility of their website is a good strategy to check whether any schedule changes have been implemented.
