Hi,

i sometimes get Chinese writing at the top of my browser, please can someone explain why and how to stop it please.

    Check your add ons and extensions .

    Clear browser cookies and history .
    Run CCleaner including registry tool .

    Where does the text appear? On a web-page, or on the browser display itself? Can you take a screen shot?

    Are you sure it's Chinese writing? It is Mandarin or could it be Thai, Sanskrit or Japanese, for example?

    If its on Firefox, I've seen this once before. Disabling McAfee site advisor fixed it.
