ASDA online grocery (bit of a vent, but now praise)

Feeling narky last night (10.30pm ish), had to confirm my final order by midnight for a Saturday delivery.
Anyhow, as my Delivery pass expired at midnight Friday, my Saturday delivery was showing a £6 charge - EEK! Despite auto renew being confirmed in the email to me on 20th Jan, it just wasn't happening - face facts £5 for a months delivery is pretty good value. Spoke to "Steve" in the call centre, he put a free delivery pass on my account within 5 mins of the call. WELL DONE ASDA.
When he asked if he could help with anything else (silly boy), I mentioned that last weeks oven chips were substituted with frying chips. I managed to give these back to the driver, but only after I'd signed off the order (he also delivers to next door, so nabbed him as I was putting away the frozen stuff and before he left). Delivery driver said he's put a credit through when he got back to the shop, but it didn't seem to have happened. Lo and behold, tonight I get an email confirming the refund.
Nice one ASDA!
