Facebook selling sites

A lot of Facebook selling sites are now available.

What happens if you buy clothing and it turns up stained or damaged, are you entitled to send it back to the sender for a refund and they pay return postage?

    I would only use these for face to face transactions, so you can check the quality of the item before parting with any cash.

    Depending on how yo pay, you might not even have any buyer protection so if they don't send the item you are screwed.

    There are so many groups it's easy to find one local so collection or delivery should be possible.

    You are entitled, whether you get it or not is another matter. If money is changing hands by bank transfer then the buyer has to be trusting.

    Luckily the group is PayPal only, so you have that cover, but if you didn't want to go down that route initially I didn't know what your rights are.

    Is it a business with a facebook selling page or just a facebook group selling page as these are 2 different things. A facebook group will be on face to face transactions as it is just FB users being members or a group and they list things they have for sale
