I am soon to be made redundant. When calculating my redundancy and pilon should the shift allowance I get be included ? I work permanent nights so get this payment on all of my wages.

Redundancy pay is based on the definition of a weeks pay in the employment act.
The date for service to calculate redundancy and PILON are different so if close to a full year it could be important.0
