Lookers Sheffield Awful service

I currently have an issue with Lookers Sheffield Ford dealership. I escalated the problem with Ford CS who have attempted to contact Lookers. Unbelievably, Lookers are failing to respond to Ford, managers not taking their calls and failing to get back to them over 3 days. Fuming.
Oh I also posted the complaint on their FB page today - no response but the complaint was removed within 10 minutes.
Guess who won't be servicing my car in future :mad:
