Certainly, go the CSA or whatever they're called now, route. Even if you get a £0 award, if she eventually gets a job or even JSA she'll have to start paying.

Yes it sucks, but unfortunately there is no easy answer. There have been many threads from other PWC (mainly women, it has to be said), who have found themselves in the same boat as you.0
