    His step dad was hitting him and been charged for it and in process of court. She sided with her boyfriend and nor her son in which she admitted she knew what was going on.


    Whilst I admire your intention to be civil with her, I don't think I could if I was in your 'shoes' :(

    Certainly, go the CSA or whatever they're called now, route. Even if you get a £0 award, if she eventually gets a job or even JSA she'll have to start paying.

    So glad your son has someone that cares for him xx

    Yeah I will go through her first and go from there. If no joy then I will try CSA. Really feel this is unfair in one respect because she has basically cut any helping in buying him anything like clothes school stuff etc since he has been living with us.



    Yes it sucks, but unfortunately there is no easy answer. There have been many threads from other PWC (mainly women, it has to be said), who have found themselves in the same boat as you.
