Oh yes goal is to be polite and ask nicely. Being aggressive or accusing them of anything wont help.

I agree with comments here, seems very strange they didn't see the cyclical decorations coming considering on this plan document its scheduled every 5 years. I can understanding it being a bit more than expected, these things happen.
Will see if we can at least get a gradual increase on the charges and question the estimated costs involved, for example "replace heating in communal areas" consists of 5 plug in wall mounted radiators, I am no expert but i think £8k is probably over estimated. Of course in 2035 they might have worked out something I am missing.0
