No worries.
If, as you intimate, you feel that this is a purchase comp which clearly breaks the MSE limit you have the option of reporting it to MSE Admin. They will then decide if does break the limit & if it can remain..
I would add that this domains comps have been posted for quite a while on MSE, with much the same terms as you mention & often a note that purchase is not required.
